- 1. Payment
We require a 50% deposit before arrangements are commenced to manufacture or supply the items to you. Full balance is required prior to final delivery.

3. Ordering and Returns
Once an order has been accepted we do not accept cancellations unless you receive confirmation in writing. The 50% deposit is non refundable and a credit will only be provided if the items have not been manufactured and/or were originally supplied from stock.
- 4. Delivery
Lead-times are estimates only and we are unable to accept any liability for failure to deliver the products within the specified time. If you are unable to accept delivery within 14 days from initial notification of arrival, the invoice must then be paid in full. In addition, storage fees based on current market rate will be applicable.
- 5. Inspection of your products
It is a requirement that all products are inspected upon delivery or collection. In the event of damage or shortages you are required to notify us in within seven (7) calendar days of delivery or collection. We will not be liable for any damage to any of the products unless we are notified within the time period specified above.
- 6. Warranty
Anibou guarantees that all products sold are free from manufacturing faults and defects for a period of 24 months from the date of original delivery. In the event that a product is proven to be defective, you are entitled to the restoration of the goods through repair or replacement, whichever is decided as being the most efficient and effective remedy.
It should also be noted that the guarantee does not cover:
- Any breakage caused by negligent and/or improper use of the goods
- Changes caused by normal wear and tear
- Any damage caused by lack of and/or erroneous maintenance
- Any damage due to an accident or force
- Degradation of finish caused by environmental factors
- Customers own fabric or leather
- 7. Our liability
Anibou is not responsible for ensuring that individual items are suitable for a particular purpose. We will not accept responsibility for the suitability or strength of fabrics supplied on a ‘customers own material or leather’ basis and therefor no warranty is offered for the same.

- 1. Delivery lead times
To meet your delivery requirements in the best way possible, we use a variety of professional carriers who deliver anywhere within Australia. Delivery lead times are as follows:
NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA and ACT metro areas between 5 and 10 business days. Non-metro areas (including Hobart and Cairns) between 10 and 15 business days.
- 2. Tracking your order
Our policy is to keep you informed. When your order is dispatched, we will contact you by email with the relevant tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your delivery.
- 3. Signature on delivery
All shipments contain valuable goods. Because of this, our carriers are contracted to produce a Proof of Delivery and someone will need to be there to receive the goods
- 4. Assembly
Unless otherwise stated, all products purchased online do not come pre-assembled. All our products will include simple step by step instructions on how to assemble. Please call our customer service line on 03 9654 5222 if you require information regarding specific item assembly.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
